Mexicali Christmas Toy drive

Kidisthenics hosted a posada (Christmas party) on Christmas day in Ejido Puebla, Mexicali, and did their first toy drive. We chose this location because there aren't many resources there. During our visit, we participated in a parade that sent the toys to several churches and orphanages in Ejido Puebla and surrounding towns in Mexicali. Thanks to the help of everyone who donated their time, money, and toys, we were able to deliver over 100 toys to the community. Thank you to cruise 4 kids for donating over 50 teddy bears to help our toy drive; we will always be grateful for your generosity.

Sarnelli House

Sarneli House is a refuge in Nongkhai, Thailand for abandoned children affected by HIV/AIDS. Kidisthenics traveled there to volunteer and donate school supplies. You can learn more and donate at https://sarnellihouse.org/

Blissful Seeds First Annual Fundraiser

"I have a passion for working with special needs children, in particular teenagers, as I strongly feel that incorporating physical activities and exercises effectively address their behaviors and self regulation in addition to their physical health."

"This is something I see in the COO of our company, Ryan Bigelow, who has helped me in various ways in the operations of Kidisthenics LLC."

"This is where Kidisthenics LLC steps in. Families look to us when others have said they can no longer serve their son or daughter. Our skilled movement specialists bring passion and a can-do spirit to guide our clients through fitness and activities such as swimming, kayaking, axe throwing, basketball, and art."

"There are layers to how my business impacts the community and hopefully the world. I’ve come to realize we can’t help the world if we feel lost, broken, or a shell of ourselves."
