Our Story
Kidisthenics was founded in 2018 by Arlene Lopez Martinez, a dedicated behavioral specialist who saw a gap in how traditional autism resource companies supported individuals on the spectrum. After years of working in the field, she realized that many programs overlooked the importance of fitness in helping clients truly thrive.

With more than 20 years of experience, Arlene developed a fitness-based approach focused on relieving anxiety, improving body awareness, and building life skills through movement. What began as a bold departure from conventional methods has grown into a high-intensity program—with a team dedicated to her vision of unlocking each client’s full potential through movement.

Today, Kidisthenics combines science-backed techniques with real-world application to empower individuals to gain confidence, independence, and control of their lives.
